One of the more logistically intense expeditions I led.

Two members of the team required medical aid in the early days of the trek. Working closely with the guides, we came up with extensive plans that allowed us to continue the trek while prioritising the safety of the casualties.

The team walked through all snow storms, uncharacteristic heat and sudden rainfall, a plethora of unexpected circumstances. Each member required personalised morale care, which was achievable through understanding the individual and how to motivate them.
